I am here to support you along the path of your own healing. To hold the torch. Weaving together the threads of ancient wisdom and modern understanding to facilitate transformation & healing.
Since a young age I have felt a profound connection to something greater than myself, my faith remaining through the lightest & darkest moments of my life. God, divinity, source, what we name it is irrelevant, what matters is how it shows up in our life and how we honour our connection to it, how we open to the unseen. We are never too far off the path to find it once again.
As a result of my own unique experiences, spiritual journey, and training I have decided to dedicate my life to the path of service, to the path of devotion. Holding others while they explore their own healing. To create the safety and presence needed for the body to drop into feeling, understanding and processing. To let go of that which no longer serves us or each other and step into this life fully & beautifully. To honour the connection to the part within each of us which is beyond thought and time. The sacred and holy within.
Between birth and death, we have a brief moment to exist and inhabit this life as fully as we allow ourselves. The two portals between which the wondrous journey of life exists. Let us find our way along it together.
Ways To Work With Me
Body Work
My approach to bodywork is intuitive, rooted in embodied listening — not just with my hands, but with presence, breath, and heart. Each session is guided by what is felt in the moment, using gentle or firm touch, massage, and intentional pressure to support the release of tension, emotion, and energy held within the body. It is a co-creative healing space where your body leads and I follow. Through presence and touch, we invite the nervous system to soften, the body to speak, and the spirit to be held.
Sacred Ceremony
Ceremony is a return — to meaning, to presence, to the sacredness of life. I offer personalised ceremonies to honor transitions, healings, and soul milestones. Each ceremony is created in collaboration with you, guided by spirit, ancestral wisdom, and the needs of your heart. Through ritual, intention, prayer, and embodiment, we create a space that is both reverent and real — where you can be witnessed, held, and empowered.
These ceremonies are not performative — they are living containers for truth, healing, and deep remembrance of who you are.
Spiritual Transformation
Spiritual transformation is the unfolding of your soul’s truth — a remembering of who you are beneath the layers. Through guided presence, ritual, and deep inner work, I hold space for you to move through initiations, release what no longer serves, and step into greater alignment with your essence. This is sacred, personal, and led by your own inner knowing.
Deathwork is sacred tending — to grief, to endings, and to the threshold between worlds. I offer presence and support for those navigating death, dying, or loss, as well as for their loved ones. This work is rooted in deep listening, ritual, and honoring the mystery. Whether walking with the dying or holding space for the living, I meet this path with reverence, care, and love.
I offer soulful support through every stage of the journey — preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
In preconception, we prepare the body and spirit to receive life. During pregnancy, I offer presence, grounding, information and intuitive guidance. Postpartum, I hold space for integration, rest, and healing.
This is heart-led, sacred care — honoring birth as a profound rite of passage.

How I Work
The work I do can't be wrapped up into prepackaged offerings, training courses or ebooks. It's deeply personal and sacred. My offering to each client will be unique based on their personal journey. This is not a one size fits all approach.
After completing the below enquiry form I will be in touch to arrange a call to gain a better understanding of our journey together. I will then create a personalised plan that we are both comfortable with. This may be a combination of in person sessions, online sessions, bodywork & ceremony, as well as personal study/reflection to be completed by you.
